Cake "Coffee with chocolate"

500 g cookies

250 g butter

4 eggs

1 glass sugar

0.5 glass strong black coffee with sugar

2 Art. l. cocoa powder

1-2 h. l. vanilla sugar

Preparation of cream: Combine eggs and vanilla ordinary sugar, cocoa powder, warmed on a steam bath until the mixture thickens. Cool slightly and add the softened butter portions, beat all until smooth.

Lay several layers of baking dipped in coffee, in the form, greased, each layer of cream to lubricate. Remove the cake out in the cold.

Before serving, gently turn the form and put the cake on a dish, decorate the cake as desired.
