Cake and coffee chocolate
500 g cookies
1/4 glass strong coffee with sugar

For the cream:
1 glass sugar
4 pcs. eggs
2 Art. l. Cocoa powder
250 g butter
Vanilla sugar taste
Cream sugar, eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla sugar mix, warm water bath until thick. Cool and adding small portions of softened butter, whisk until smooth.
In a greased form laid several layers of biscuits dipped in coffee, cream sandwiching them. Put the cake in the refrigerator, then gently turning the form out onto a plate.
The surface of the cake with a layer of cream. Put the cake in the refrigerator for another 1-2 hours.
