Ginger cake
Dough:
6 eggs
2 glass flour

1,5 glass sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
Cream:
160 g butter
100 g almonds
30 g ground ginger
1 g coffee essence
1,5 glass powdered sugar
rum
Glaze:
glass ? powdered sugar
1 g coffee essence
Knead biscuit dough: eggs combine the sugar, whisking, add the flour, add the baking powder.
To prepare two equally sized cake, let them cool, then cut it horizontally in half.
Grind the almonds, a bit of fry it on a dry pan.
Cooking cream: combine the coffee essence with powdered sugar, add rum, beat butter and gradually add the ginger and the sugar mass. Part of the cream left for cake decoration, the rest to coat the cakes and put them on each other, apply cream sides and sprinkle them with almonds.
Cooking the glaze: grind the powdered sugar, add 2 tbsp of hot water and coffee essence.
Cover the ginger cake icing, leave it to dry, decorate the cake deferred cream.
