Orange cake with almonds
Ingredients:
2 glass sugar
1 h. l. orange peel
2 pcs. egg
3/4 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 Art. l. milk
170 g butter
1/2 glass powdered sugar - 1
1 Art. l. orange juice
85 g almonds
Whisk one egg with sugar and orange zest until a fluffy mass, add flour and add milk. Divide the dough into two equal parts, one part of the first lay in a greased form and Bake in the oven at medium temperature until golden brown, then just bake the rest of the test. Lay out a form and refrigerate.
For the cream, clean and lightly fry the almonds. Beat the butter, add the powdered sugar and orange juice. Grease cream cakes and the surface of the cake. Arrange the top of the cake with almonds, sprinkle with the lateral surface of the biscuit crumbs.
