Boyar Easter
500 g cottage cheese
150 g butter
1 glass sugar
1 glass cream
1 egg (yolk)
1/4 glass candied orange
Vanilla sugar to taste
Cottage cheese through a sieve, add whipped cream, mixed with pulverized separately-hot oil, egg yolks and sugar. There also add chopped candied orange and vanilla, stirring. Fill in the form, clothed with wet gauze. Blanking saucer, put a light on top of the yoke, put in the refrigerator.
