Carrot Easter
500 g cottage cheese
100 g butter

2 carrots
? glass sugar
? h. l. vanilla sugar
1 h. l. grated orange peel
Grate the carrots on a grater and pour sugar. Warm up the carrots until tender over low heat, then rub the carrot with cream cheese through a sieve, combine with orange peel oil and vanilla sugar, stir, whip mass mixer.
Put on weight lined with linen napkin colander or form.
Top put on weight and easy to press for 6-8 hours to put it in the refrigerator, squeeze the serum.
Before serving, you can arrange candied fruit.
