Easter
Required Products:
1 kg cottage cheese
5 pcs. egg
200 g butter
2 glass sour cream
1 glass sugar
100 g almonds
2 glass raisins
1 h. l. vanilla sugar
1 kg

triturated yolks with sugar until white, pour in the cream and warm up
stirring until sugar is dissolved, but do not boil. Almond scalded
peeled, finely chopped and obsushivayut.
Cottage cheese through a sieve.
Raisins are sorted, washed and obsushivayut.

hot mass of egg yolks and cream add the butter, stir until
homogenous. Enter the cottage cheese, almonds, raisins, diluted
vanillin hot water, mixed thoroughly and put in a special
form or colander, the laid linen napkin. Put on top
light press (or pressed plaque) and put in the fridge for 6-8
hours to overcome serum. In mass for Easter, you can add grated
chocolate or cocoa powder.
