Baked Easter
1.5 kg pressed and grated cheese
6 egg yolks
300 g butter
400 g sugar
400 g thick cream
100 g raisins
3 g vanillin
1st kg baked Easter:
Rub the butter with the sugar, add egg yolks there, sour cream and cottage cheese. All carefully grind. Then enter into the mix vanilla and raisins, all very well knead and fold into shape.
Now you can put the Passover to the pan and bake it in a preheated oven slightly. Baking time this Easter - 5 hours until the red color.
Baked Easter can be cool and put it out of shape. Kept this Passover longer than usual.
