1 kg cottage cheese with a high fat content

150 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show

3-4 eggs

3 tbsp. sour cream

1 glass syrup of any jam

100 g raisins

sugar and vanilla to taste

RUB the cottage cheese through a sieve. RUB the eggs with a little sugar and mix with cheese. Add the softened butter, sour cream and raisins and stir. Pour the syrup, stirring constantly. At the bottom of the pan or form put the gauze, put on it a lot and push heavy weight. Leave in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours, then remove the Passover at the edge of the gauze and garnish with candied fruits and nuts.
