Orange-carrot drink

150 ml water

100 g carrots

100 g orange

1 Art. l. sugar

Cut from orange peel, put in a pot, pour water and add the sugar, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool.

Squeeze the juice from the orange pulp.

Rinse well with carrots, peel, rub on a small grater, squeeze the juice through cheesecloth.

Decoction of the peel of an orange filter, connect with carrot and orange juice, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.

Before serving, orange-carrot drink cool.
