Orange juice
3 l water
350 g sugar
4 orange
1 a pinch of cinnamon
Remove the zest from the oranges, remove all the white film, squeeze the juice.
Grind the pomace, cover with water, add the zest, cinnamon and sugar, bring to a boil, boil for 5-10 minutes.
Next broth infused at least half an hour, filtered, mixed with juice.
Before serving orange juice cool.
