Orange juice and wine
5-6 oranges
1 glass sugar
1 glass water
1 glass table white wine
vanilla
Peel the oranges, peeled, using a sharp knife, cut into 6 circles, remove seeds, put the mug in a deep dish.
In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar and wine, bring to a boil, put the vanilla and zest, then strain the broth.
Pour oranges by hot water, under cover to leave for a few minutes
Remove the oranges from the liquid, put on a dish, strain syrup, pour it over the oranges again.
Serve orange juice and wine chilled.
