Compote of oranges
240 g sugar
30 g zest
600 g water
650 g oranges
Oranges are washed. A thin sharp knife, remove the peel and cut it into strips, then remove the remaining white part of the skin.
Zest add hot water, bring to the boil and infuse until cool. The broth is filtered, add sugar and allow to boil, then cooled to 40 �C.
Peeled oranges cut into slices, put in small bowls, pour the warm syrup and cool. Allow to stand for 30-40 minutes.
