What you need:

8 pcs. oranges

36 ice - cubes

Fresh fruit and flowers

225 g powdered sugar

4 Art. l. liqueur "Grand Marnier" or "Cointreau"

Put ice in a glass cup. Put ice on a smaller cup. Between the two cups lay flowers and fruits, interspersing them with ice cubes. Pour between cups water so that it covered the flowers and fruits, freeze.

Before serving, remove the ice cup and put it in the refrigerator.

Remove the peel from two oranges and cut into strips. Remove the peel and white rind from all oranges. Cut the oranges slices, remove the seeds, then add the slices on top of each other to form a whole orange. Secure the cocktail stick and fold into ice cup.

300 ml of water, zest and sugar simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes until the color of caramel. Remove from heat, add the liqueur. Pour syrup oranges. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Transfer to a bowl of ice.
