Orange juice with blueberries
600 ml water (cold)
225 g sugar
12 PCs oranges
450 g blueberries
Put sugar in a pan of cold water. Heat slowly until the sugar has dissolved, then bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
With a sharp knife, working over a bowl to catch the juice, peel and cut the white flesh with 12 oranges. Cut the oranges in the ring and discard bones.
Put the oranges and blueberries in a bowl and pour over the syrup. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Serve with yogurt.
