Compote of oranges
6 PCs oranges
240 g sugar
600 g water
From oranges with a sharp knife, remove the peel and cut it into strips. The remaining white part of the peel to remove.
Zest pour hot water, bring to the boil, then cool. The broth, strain, add sugar, again bring to a boil, then cool to 40 �C.
Oranges cut into slices, put in small bowls, pour the warm syrup and cool. Before serving, let the juice sit for 30-40 minutes.
