Air and fragrant orange rolls
For the dough:
300 g flour

20 g butter
1 egg
1 large orange (zest)
? glass warm water
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
Optional:
30 g butter
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. powdered sugar+. orange juice for obmazyvanija
Dissolve the yeast in warm water, beat the egg, add the melted butter, salt and sugar, half a grated zest, orange juice, stir.
Sift the flour, pour in the mixture, knead the dough (you can use a mixer), it will get sticky, cover, leave for 15 min warm.
Cover the dough with cling film, roll it on your work surface dusted with flour, rectangular layer about 1 cm thick and 30-40 cm in length.
Mix 30 g of melted butter with the remaining zest and 2 tbsp of orange juice, evenly apply the mixture on the dough, sprinkle 1 tbsp of icing sugar, roll into a roll.
Cut the roll into 12 equal parts, put the rolls in a circular shape at a distance, because they will increase in size, cover and leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes
Baked air and fragrant orange rolls for about half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees in the oven.
After baking, coat the rolls 2 tbsp. powdered sugar mixed with 2tbsp.l. the orange juice.
