300 g flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

200 g boiled potatoes

160 ml milk

100 g sour cream

2 tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. dry yeast

? tsp. salt



Cream:

100 g butter

2 tbsp. sugar

1 orange zest

For the filling:

100 g sour cream

2 tbsp. orange liqueur

2 tbsp. sugar

Crush the potato puree, mix with warm milk, salt and sugar until smooth.

Combine the yeast and flour, stir in the potato mixture, add the sour cream, in a blender mix well, cover and leave in a warm, the dough has doubled, then knock it back, to leave for the second rise.

The peel to RUB on a small grater, mix with the softened butter, sugar, whisking.

Divide the dough in half, each part to roll out a rectangle, apply the prepared orange cream to the entire area, to minimize the rolls.

Cut from rolls small pieces, to mould them out of the balls, put them in a greased form, leaving as much space as possible, to keep warm for proofing.

Stir liqueur, sugar and sour cream for the filling, pour the roll.

To cook sweet orange and potato rolls until Golden brown in a preheated 195 degree oven.
