375 ml warm water
280 g wheat flour

20 g fresh yeast
2 tbsp. olive oil
1,5 tsp. honey/sugar

Rye and wheat sift the flour in one bowl, add the yeast, hands to RUB, add bran, stir.

To shape the rolls, put them at a distance of about 5 cm apart on a baking sheet, slightly flatten it with your fingers, cover with cling film or a towel and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes
Before baking greased muffin sifting "Village" whipped with milk yolk, cook in a preheated 190 � C oven for about half an hour, allow to cool on a rack.
