Pancakes French with orange sauce
Ingredients:
For the dough:
3/4 glass flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
1 PCs egg
1/2 glass milk - 1
2 tsp. melted butter
For the filling:
60 g butter
1 tsp. liqueur
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. orange zest
For the sauce:
6 PCs oranges
3-4 sugar spoon
1 tsp. corn flour
Number of servings: 4
Cooking time: 40 min
Of these ingredients, prepare the dough for pancakes, add a pinch of salt, mix well and soak it for 30 minutes. Bake thin pancakes, greasing the pan with the butter.
For the filling, beat butter with powdered sugar. Mix fruit juices.
Not stopping to whisk the butter, in chunks, add the juice, then liqueur
and grated orange zest.
For the sauce from the oranges, squeeze the juice and mix it with sugar and corn flour, cook until thick. Then cool.
Pancakes lubricate with a thin layer of filling and fold each four times. Stuffed pancakes warm in orange sauce for 2 minutes.
When applying the pancake out onto a plate and pour the remaining sauce.
