Pancakes with hazelnut and caramel sauce
300 ml vegetable oil
125 g flour

75 g hazelnut roasted
25 g melted butter
2 orange
1 grated orange zest
1 egg
Sauce:
300 ml cream
175 g sugar
In a bowl sift the flour and mix it with eggs, sugar, zest, butter and milk, whisk to whisk smooth.
For the sauce, in a saucepan pour 100 ml of water, put sugar on low heat cook until it dissolves, boil and continue to boil until Golden, remove from heat.
