Pancakes with brandy and liqueur
300 ml milk

115 g flour
45 ml brandy
2 eggs
2 orange (juice)
? h. l. salt

vegetable fat
orange peel (in the form of straw for decoration)
For the preparation of orange oil:
175 g butter
50 g sugar
2 orange (grated zest)
2 Art. l. Cointreau
Preparation of orange oil: combine butter, sugar, liqueur and zest, leave.
Preparation of the dough for pancakes: In a bowl sift the flour and salt, make a well in the middle, there to break the eggs, pour the milk, knead the dough a homogeneous liquid consistency, pour it into a pitcher.
