Pancakes with oranges
8-10 (Pancakes)
300 ml milk

3 eggs
100 g flour
50 g butter
1 h. l. sugar
For the filling:
2 orange
zest of half an orange
2 h. l. sugar
2-3 cm ginger root
2 Art. l. brandy

Whisk the eggs with sugar and slices of butter, add the flour and, without ceasing to stir, gradually add the milk. The dough should have a liquid. Bake thin pancakes and leave to cool.
Peel the oranges and cut slices into several parts. On a fine grater, grate zest and ginger.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the oranges, peel and ginger, sprinkle with sugar, pour the brandy and leave on low heat for 1-2 minutes.
Prepare the filling screw in pancakes and fry them in the remaining syrup for 2-3 minutes.
