500 ml milk

4 eggs

7-8 Art. l. flour

50 g butter

1 Art. l. sugar

3 Art. l. cocoa

2-3 cm ginger root

1 orange zest

pcs. a few dried apricots or other dried fruit

cinnamon, vanilla and salt to taste

Vegetable oil for frying

In flour hammer eggs, add milk, sugar and softened butter. Dissolve the cocoa in a small amount of warm milk and pour in the batter. On a fine grater, grate the ginger and zest, add the dough.

Add spices and chopped dried fruit, carefully stir and leave for 10-15 minutes, then bake pancakes.
