600-700 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

200 g butter

130 g sugar

130 g powdered sugar

125 ml milk



10 g dry yeast

3 eggs

? lemon (zest)

2 Art. l. lemon juice

dried apricots

Dissolve the yeast in 50 ml of water, add 1 tsp sugar, leave to raise.

Softened butter, whisk together sugar, eggs drive, continuing to whisk, add milk, flour and zest, dried apricots, raisins add at the end, leave the dough until it rises to 2 times.

Obmyat dough, roll out a layer of 1 cm thick, cut into rectangles, put them on a greased baking paper or the laid baking, leave for 20 minutes for proofing.

Bake yeast donuts for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Through a sieve to sift the powdered sugar, add 2 tbsp lemon juice, stir quickly, coat with glaze donuts and let dry.
