Dough:

400 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

250 ml milk

30 g butter

8 g compressed yeast



1 Art. l. sugar

? h. l. salt

Filling:

60 g butter

5-6 cloves of garlic

2 h. l. chopped herbs

Rub the yeast with the flour, then gradually add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave to increase two-fold.

Garlic and fresh herbs chop, combine with the softened butter and mix.

To cut the dough into equal pieces, molded rolls, put them on a baking sheet, oiled, leave for half an hour, then coat with egg or milk.

The top of each muffin incision, put stuffing in the cut garlic with herbs.

Cook garlic "donuts" until golden brown in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
