Donuts in Greek "Loukoumades"
500 g flour
10 g fresh yeast
1 glass water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
honey
Sugar, yeast and salt to dissolve in warm water, pour vegetable oil (St.L.), add flour, knead elastic dough, cover it with a towel to remove in the heat for an hour.
Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll them into balls.
Oil for frying pour into a pan to heat, lower the doughnuts and fry until Golden brown almost like fried butter should be plenty.
Put the honey in a bowl, on a water bath to melt, ready to put the donuts in Greek "Loukoumades" on a platter and top to pour the honey, sprinkle, if desired, nuts or cinnamon.
