Mandarin pancakes
400 ml milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
250 g wheat flour
80 g butter
50 g sugar
40 ml Curacao
20 ml corn oil
3 eggs
3 Mandarin
? tsp. salt
With two mandarins fine grater to remove the zest from all tangerines squeeze the juice into a glass.
Combine flour with milk, salt and eggs, mix well, and add half of the pressed juice, half of the liquor and corn oil, leave the dough for an hour.
A pan heat a little oil, and bake thin pancakes on both sides.
Sauce: melt the butter, combine with the rest of the juice, liqueur, sugar and zest, pour the sauce each pancake, folded four times, to warm Mandarin pancakes in the pan, immediately apply.
