The corn pancakes with kumquat
500 ml milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
500 g cottage cheese (5-9%)
200 g corn flour
90 g sugar
70 g candied kumquat
70 g corn oil
3 eggs
? tsp. salt
Combine all the ingredients for the pancake dough, knead the dough and cook the pancakes, fry them with one hand on a hot pan, put the pancakes on each other.
Cottage cheese is good to knead, add eggs and sugar, mix thoroughly, finely chop the kumquats, add it to the cream cheese, stir.
Put on each pancake and 1 tbsp. of the filling, roll them envelopes, fry the corn pancakes with kumquat with two sides on the pan.
