Pancakes with cheese and corn
100 g grated hard cheese
2 eggs
1 a bunch of green onions
1 Bank canned corn

flour
butter
black pepper
salt
Drain fill with corn, half of the beans grind in a blender or with a mixer until the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat egg yolks, add 3 tbsp flour and cheese, combine with corn puree and other whole grains, stir.
Finely chop green onions, add in the corn dough, add pepper and salt, stir a lot.
In the stable foam to beat up the whites gently stir them into the dough.
To cook pancakes with cheese and corn, frying them on medium heat on both sides in vegetable oil, you can also optionally add the butter when frying.
Serve pancakes hot with mayonnaise, sour cream or tomato sauce, with salad.
