Pancakes with corn and pasta
290 g pasta
150 ml heavy cream
120 g sweet pepper
60 g butter

25 g flour
4 egg yolks
2 ear of corn

Within 8 minutes corn boil, rinsed in running cold water for 3 minutes, cut grains, to give them dry.
2 tablespoons Melt butter in a frying pan, put the pepper, cook it on low heat for 4 minutes to dry.
Within about 12 minutes to boil the pasta in water, salted, water drained pasta to cool down.
Combine the flour with cream, a pinch of salt and the egg yolks, add the peppers and corn, add obsushennye pasta, pepper, mix the dough.
Heat the remaining butter in a frying pan, put the dough, press it to form a pancake turned out.
