Pasta with meat and vegetables
250 g dry pasta Penne (short thick pasta)
450 g minced meat
450 g canned sweet corn

450 g fresh tomatoes
170 g cheddar cheese
1 medium onions
1 the average pod sweet red pepper
1 small zucchini
1 teaspoon chopped herbs oregano

Boil in salted water pasta, drain and put into a warm place. Heat a pan and fry in butter minced meat. Fry for 5-8 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Add to sausage cut into slices of sweet pepper, zucchini, onions, tomatoes, corn, oregano, mix everything thoroughly, and cook for another 10 minutes, not forgetting to stir.
Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Half a Cup of cheese aside, the rest of the cheese, add to the pan with vegetables and sausage, mix thoroughly. Now add the cooked pasta, stir again. Remove from the heat. When serving, sprinkle each serving with grated cheese and herbs.
