Required Products:
250 g Pasta for stuffing
500 g ripe tomatoes
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
250 g cheese
30 g butter
100 g beef
100 g pork
1 pcs. onion
salt and pepper
Cook the minced meat, cut it together with onions, season with salt and pepper. Add a little water to the mass turned out plastic.
Scald tomatoes and remove the peel, then cut into slices.
Stuff the pasta with minced meat, put into a greased roasting pan, shifting thin slices of cheese. Put the pasta on top with tomato slices, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with butter, cover and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Separately post ketchup.
