450 g dry penne pasta

200 g non-fat ground beef

1 small onions



2 glass water

340 g tomato paste

1/3 glass red wine or water

1 Art. l. beef bouillon cubes (eg Maggi)

200 g grated cheese

Preheat the oven to 180C. In a large skillet brown the ground meat with chopped onions, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Add water, tomato paste, bouillon cube, wine. Mix well warm.

Boil pasta in salted water. Prepare a baking dish, brush it with oil, put layers of ingredients: pasta, minced meat with tomato paste, sprinkle cheese on top. You can alternate layers. Cover with a lid or in its absence - foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, the cheese should be melted but not browned.

If you want to freeze the dish, prepare it, fold in the same layer in the dish, but do not bake, and immediately put in the freezer, do not forget to cover. Thus it is possible to store up to two months casserole. When ready to cook, remove the dish from the freezer, thaw at room temperature and put in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
