Lean cuts
400 g cauliflower
400 g pasta
30-40 g tomato paste
1 onions
1 Art. l. wheat flour

spices to taste
Put cauliflower in a saucepan, cover with water, salt the, boil until tender, to shift into a colander, and in the pan in the same water until ready to boil pasta.
Cabbage fry in vegetable oil until browned.
Onions clean, saute in butter, add the tomato paste, add flour, saute another 3 minutes, pour a little broth left over from the pasta, add spices, boil.
Serve lean cuts like this: put the pasta on a plate, next put the cabbage, onion and pour all the tomato sauce and serve the dish hot.
