Cauliflower lean with garlic sauce
1 cauliflower
1 clove of garlic
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. flour

Disassemble the cabbage buds, boil until tender in salted water, pat dry.
On the oil to fry flour, add to it a little cabbage broth, bring the sauce until thick with constant stirring, pepper and salt, add chopped garlic and fresh herbs.
Put cauliflower on a plate, pour the sauce, then lean cauliflower with garlic sauce served at the table.
