Salad with tomatoes and cauliflower with cream sauce

cauliflower, raw

tomato

grated hard cheese

garlic

dill

cilantro (optional)

Sauce:

2 tbsp. sour cream

1 tsp. grainy mustard

1 tsp. soy sauce

green onions

Rinse the cabbage under cold running water, divide into small florets.

Cubes, slice the tomatoes.

Clean, chop the garlic, combine the cabbage and tomatoes and stir.

Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese and chopped herbs.

For the sauce, combine all ingredients, mix well, pour over salad.

Before serving, garnish the salad with tomatoes and cauliflower with cream sauce with herbs.
