Cabbage cauliflower cheese
175 g cauliflower
150 ml milk
50 g grated cheese (Parmesan or others.)
15 g butter
1 tablespoons flour
Rinse the cabbage, divided into small florets, steamed boil for 10 minutes (until tender).
In a frying pan with a thick bottom to put the butter, melt it, add the flour and cook stirring a smooth sauce, then pour the warmed milk, stirring constantly whisk over low heat to heat, stirring until smooth.
Enter a cooked sauce (remove it from the stove) grated cheese, cheese knead until dissolved.
Served with cabbage cauliflower cheese mashed (cabbage mix with the sauce and whisk blender - for the little ones), or just watered prepared sauce.
