Shells of shrimp with cheese sauce
300 g peeled shrimp
100 g mozzarella cheese
24 Shell large (noodles)
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoons chopped sweet pepper
1 tsp butter
For the sauce:
100 g butter
4 cup milk
1.5 cup grated cheese (Parmesan type)
2 tablespoons flour
pepper, salt
Fry the peppers and onions until tender in the melted butter in a pan and allow to cool.
Boil until cooked mussels.
On a coarse grater rub mozzarella cheese, mix it with egg (raw), onions, milk, pepper and salt, add cooked shrimp, stir.
Stuff the shells of shrimp cooked-cheese mixture, put in a refractory form.
Melt the butter for the sauce, add the flour and fry until browned, pour a glass of milk stirring constantly, bring to a boil, boil until thick over low heat with constant stirring, pepper, salt, add the cheese, stir until melted cheese.
Pour shells in the form of prepared sauce, then shells of shrimp with cheese sauce baked for 40 minutes in a preheated 190 degree oven.
