Appetizer spicy shrimp with celery and cheese
650 g peeled shrimp
60 g butter

50 g blue cheese
1 stem celery
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/4 Cup chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
1,5 tsp. milk
3/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
chili sauce
Cheese breaking into small pieces, cut the celery into several parts lengthwise, then slice it crosswise into pieces about 6-8 see
Stir in sour cream and parsley, onion, lemon juice, milk and cheese, salt (1/8 teaspoon) and pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
The remaining salt and pepper sprinkle shrimp (they should be cleaned, but with tails), sprinkle them with olive oil, stir, then put on the hot grill and cook for 7-8 minutes
Melt the butter in a water bath, add a spicy chili sauce, stir.
Pour cooked spicy butter sauce shrimp.
