Festive appetizer of shrimp in French
400 g fresh shrimp
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Dried basil

At the sauce:
1 pickled cucumber / pickled
1/2 head onions
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoons olives finely chopped
1 tablespoons chopped parsley
Shrimp cleaned, leaving tails, dip each first in beaten egg, then roll in flour mixed with basil, again in egg, then in bread crumbs and fry in a pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes, then put on a napkin so that it absorbed excess fat.
Finely chop the onion, cucumber, mix with sour cream and mayonnaise, add green and black olives and mix.
Served festive appetizer of shrimp in French as follows: shrimp laid out on a flat dish and served with sauce.
