Carrot appetizer with shrimp "Nocturne"
200 g shrimp
100 g cheese cheese
2 wide carrots
1 medium cucumber
1 medium tomato
2 Art. l. soy sauce
vegetable fat

Purified crude chop carrots lengthways plastics about 2 mm thick, but thinner.
Sprinkle carrots and soy sauce, sprinkle with pepper, for at least 10 minutes to leave, then both sides fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes, allow to cool, seal in a roll with a toothpick.
Boil 2-3 minutes, shrimp, cleaned, putting a few for decoration, fork mash with cheese, cut into fine julienne cucumber and tomato.
Combine shrimp, cheese, cucumber and tomato, salt the, add seasoning or mayonnaise to taste, stir.
Put carrot molds on a flat dish, stuff the prepared mixture.
