Snack "From the depths of the sea"
30 g bell pepper
30 g mayonnaise

20 g crab sticks
20 g peeled shrimp
20 g canned fried mushrooms
10 g fresh cucumber
5 g vegetable oil
5 g lemon juice
1 Bird squid
1 clove of garlic

Squid carcass clean, boil, let cool, cucumber rubbed on a coarse grater, finely chop the garlic, cut into thin julienne peppers and crab sticks.
Combine the lemon juice, mayonnaise and white pepper.
Combine mushrooms, cucumber, shrimp, garlic, bell pepper, crab sticks, season with all the sauce and mix.
Stuff the squid salads.
With shrimp shells for decoration removed, leaving the head.
