20 shrimp (royal)

12 olives (large)

10 cherry tomatoes

2 cloves garlic

1 pod red pepper chili

Filling:

100 ml white wine

4 tablespoons olive oil

parsley

salt

Clear shrimp, leaving the tails, wash them, give dry.

Finely chop the garlic, cut the stalk chilli, seeded and finely chop it.

Remove the pits from olives, coarsely chopped olives, tomatoes, wash, dry, cut in half.

Preheat a frying pan with oil, put chili and garlic and fry for 30 seconds, put the shrimp fry for 1 minute, flip, add olives, tomatoes, fry for 1 minute, stir, pour the wine, salt the, then on low heat for 5 minutes.

For 1 min before the end of cooking add a salad with shrimp, olives and tomatoes chopped parsley and serve immediately.
