300 ml Water;

250 g Sugar;

Pouring water into a saucepan, add sugar and gently stirring constantly bring to a boil, then simmer stirring occasionally for half an hour. The resulting syrup is a bit cool and strain through a sieve of a homemade double, with a layer of sterile cotton wool, sterile gauze.
