Light salad with tomatoes, olives and green olives
15 cherry tomatoes
1 stem green onions
1/4 Cup chopped green olives
1/4 Cup sliced black olives
For the filling:
2,5 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
pepper
salt
Cut the tomatoes in half, chop the green onions, stir onions and tomatoes with the olives in the salad bowl.
All the ingredients for the filling whip in a bowl, pour the salad dressing, add salt and pepper, stir.
Before serving, remove light salad with tomatoes, olives and olives in the cold for an hour.
