Georgian salad
250 g cheese "Suluguni"
3 tomatoes
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 onions
1 Art. l. vinegar
80 g pitted black olives
3 Art. l. chopped parsley
For the filling:
4 Art. l. olive oil
1 Art. l. wine vinegar
1 Art. l. liquid honey
1 h. l. non-acute mustard
salt
pepper - to taste
1. Onion peel and cut into thin rings. Put them in a bowl, pour the water with vinegar and leave for 5-10 minutes.
2. Then discard the onion in a colander and put into a bowl. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and add to the bowl with the onion. Stir.
3. Olives get out of the jar, let the marinade drip off. Cut into thin rings olives and add to the bowl with onions and tomatoes. Stir.
4. Prepare the filling: Mix olive oil, wine vinegar and honey, a good rub. Then put the mustard, add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle salad dressing prepared. Put it in a bowl.
5. Cheese "Suluguni" cut into pieces, dip them in vegetable oil and fry in a frying pan on all sides, and then put in a bowl with a salad. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
