Vegetable salad with ham and cheese
150 g ham
150 g cheese
150 g green olives
150 g grated Parmesan cheese
4 Cup finely chopped lettuce leaves
1 tomato
1 lemon (juice)
For the filling:
100 ml olive oil
100 ml wine vinegar
4 garlic cloves
2 tsp. oregano
black pepper
salt
Cut tomato in small slices, ham and cheese - not thin long strips, olives - rings.
For seasoning garlic skip through the press, connect with oregano and oil, mix well, gradually adding the vinegar, pepper and salt.
In a large salad bowl connect tomatoes, lettuce, olives and ham with cheese, pour the salad dressing and lemon juice, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, immediately serve.
