Salad with sprats
Required products:
100 g the small potatoes boiled
1 onion - head
120 g tomatoes
4 PCs the leaves of green salad
1 tbsp. sprats in oil 185 g, and the oil pouring from sprat
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
ground black pepper, salt to taste
black olives, pitted, parsley for decoration
Potatoes and tomatoes cut into slices, onion rings.For filling the fill from sprat whisk mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
In a salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves, layers lay potatoes, tomatoes, sprats (cut into large pieces) and onions. Pour the dressing.
When serving, decorate with olives and herbs.
