Puff Christmas salad with olives and sprats
8-10 olives
1 the cucumber
1 potatoes
1/2 banks sprat in oil
sesame
olive oil
green salad
In uniform boil the potatoes, allow to cool, to clean it on a coarse grater rubbing.
Open sprats, drain the oil, plug chop.
Put the dish in the shape of a circle, put a third of the potatoes first layer, on top put all sprats, then another layer of potatoes (one third), julienne cucumber, remaining potatoes, chopped olives.
To remove the form from the top on the salad put lettuce or other greens to decorate puff Christmas salad with olives and sprats top several whole sprats and sprinkle with sesame seeds, drizzle with oil, allow to cool before serving.
